Coping method to the case that WebMatrix can't start.

Contents of the trouble.

• When I was going to start WebMatrix of Microsoft, a message of "Movement was stopped. Because problem occurred, program did not work right. Program was closed...." is displayed, and WebMatrix does not start.
  
  
• After a while, I tried to start WebMatrix again. As a result, the following two messages were displayed.
  
  
• You was not able to access files of directory 'C:\Users\・・・・\Documents\IISExpress'.
  The files must be saved so that WebMatrix works properly.
  Do you choose the new directory for the files?
  
  
• [ Microsoft WebMatrix ]
  IIS Express could not be initialized.
  Please confirm that IIS Express is installed right.
  Please confirm that IIS Express is configured right.
  

Coping method.

• Control Panel ⇒ Programs and Features
  I opened the window of X mentioned above. I uninstalled the following two programs.
  Microsoft WebMatrix 3
  Microsoft Web Platform Installer 5.0
  
  I reinstalled Microsoft WebMatrix 3.
  However, I could not start WebMatrix except the first one.
